1. Return window
You may return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in resalable condition with all parts and inserts included.
2. Opened blade products — safety exception
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used blade products (such as utility knives once the blade seal is broken, and loose blades) cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. This protects everyone in the returns chain from injury. If a blade product arrives defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@leenpro.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Pack items securely in their original packaging and include the RMA.
Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping.
- We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund items lost in return transit.
6. Warranty
Our hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; consumables (such as sandpaper and blades) and damage from misuse are excluded. Warranty claims are handled separately from the 14-day return window — just email us with photos and your order number.
