How does payment work?+
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store full card numbers. Your statement will show "LEENPRO TOOLS".
Is there free shipping?+

Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?+
Worldwide, except restricted destinations for bladed tools. US standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days; international 7–21.
Who pays customs and duties?+
For international orders, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
Bladed tools
Are your utility knives weapons?+
No. Our utility and craft knives are tools for crafting, model-making, packaging and repair. They are not weapons and must not be used as such.
Do I need to be 18 to buy them?+
Yes. You must confirm you're 18+ and that the tools are lawful at your address. Some blade shipments require an adult signature.
Why won't some addresses receive blades?+
Knife laws vary by city and country. We don't ship blades to restricted areas (e.g. New York City and some international destinations). See restricted destinations.
Returns & warranty
What's your return window?+
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I return opened blades?+
For hygiene and safety, opened or used blade products can't be returned unless they arrived faulty.
Is there a warranty?+
Hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in normal use. Consumables and misuse are excluded.
